Losing weight and having energy is the main reason I tried this cleanse but wow, all the benefits I received on top of that was amazing and just the reason why I do this cleanse every three months. The first time I did the cleanse it was hard; I only had the book “The Master Cleanse” but, the second time I did the MC, it was much easier because I purchased this book “Lose Weight, Have More Energy & Be Happier in 10 Days.” This book helps explain the process a little better and is very encouraging. In my opinion, you must have both books to be successful in the cleanse. Thank you Peter!
Is there a certain age limit for acai?
Gregory, I cannot make health recommendations for you. With that said, the acai berry is just a fruit and if you get a supplement like Amazon Thunder there isn’t anything else added. I personally use it and give it to my kids, but I cannot give specific advice to you.
