Non Traditional Ab Exercises for Women

One of the best full body exercises is squats. This goes for men and women. When you do squats properly, you are using almost every muscle in your body including your abdominals. They also build strength in your whole body which will help you burn more calories.

There is another exercise that you may have done growing up that can be a great way to burn calories and strengthen your abs and whole body. I am talking about jump roping.

One last fun way to burn calories and strengthen your core is to use a body bag. Put on some boxing gloves and punch and kick the crap out of it. This can be a really intense workout which again strengthens your whole body.
