In the world of abdominal exercises, you probably think you have seen it all. If you are up for a challenge (and some fun), check out some of the extreme ab exercises you can do the help build a strong stomach and burn belly fat to uncover your abs.
Your abdominal muscles are the core of your body. This means that anything you do that works your whole body, works your abdominal muscles in the process. With the extreme ab exercises I talk about below, you may not think they are working your abs, but they are. More importantly they are really boosting your metabolism and boosting fat so that you will be able to see your abs.
Have you ever watched a World’s Strongest Man competition? Set up some strongman type obstacle courses. Lifting heavy, abnormal shaped objects will really force you to build a strong core. It will also burn a lot of calories.
Another good extreme ab exercise is kickboxing. You don’t have to fight anybody, just get a body bag and start working out. Kicking and punching the bag will give you a really good workout and build strong abdominal muscles. Again, this will burn a lot of calories and really get you moving towards ripped abs which is what your probably after.
There are many more non-traditional or extreme ab exercises you can do. Pretty much anything that works your full body gets your abs.
