Does Yogurt Help Yeast Infections?

There is a lot of talk about the benefits of yogurt. Some people even thing that yogurt can help you beat a yeast infection. I don’t know of any proof of this, but it certainly appears possible.

The key to controlling candida and preventing yeast infections is maintaining balance in your body. If you eat yogurt that has Lactobacillus acidophilus, a probiotic, it may help you restore or keep balance and thus control candida.
